No more "hangry" feelings!

After stabilizing glucose levels after eating carb-heavy meals, I no longer have a meltdown if I don't get a snack or go hours between meals. My boyfriend is so grateful! Lol

Just got this today and I took it with my supper. I had the same meal for supper that I had for lunch. At lunch my glucose went up to 128 without the Level Off. After supper and with the Level Off my glucose only went up to 111. So it really does seem to help control spikes.
