I love this. I can tell\r\nThe ingredients are clean as I can take on empty stomach.\r\n\r\nHavnt had any OB since taking this with monolaurin and lysine.\r\nAlso helps get rid of *** way quicker! \r\n\r\nOn my second bottle.

Immune supporting vitamins and extracts

It's good to keep this supplement around. It has the usual immune supporting vitamins like Vitamin C, D, E, B6, B12, Zinc, Selenium. In addition, it has a collection of extracts that build the immune system: L-Lysine, Ginseng, Astragalus, Echinacea, Elderberry, Garlic, Green Tea, Olive Leaf, Oregano, which allows you to cover all the bases if you're feeling under the weather.
