Not sure. I did cut back because of bathroom issues and my ******** flared so I then increased back to 6 a day but the flare remains. As far as dietary goes you have no option for non veg, no carbs.

This product helped me in healing a skin rash outbreak within a week. \r\nIt's a fantastic product also because it helps maintain overall health. \r\nIt also uses a rice base rather than a stearate base. Easy to swallow too. I would recommend this product to family and friends. Thank you!

I’m happy to report that after taking this product, I have had no issues. I felt pretty good while I was trialing and I haven’t felt any negative side effects. So far, I’m happy with the results.

Great Product

I have done some research over the years about the benefits of Monolaurin and it is a very beneficial supplement. I take it with food throughout the day and it is very easy to swallow. It doesn’t have any flavor that I have noticed. I’m sure it will take some time to fully know the benefits of this supplement, but I haven’t had any negative issues with it.I’m excited to using this for my health.
