OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Natural Cure Labs, LLC, located at P.O. Box 13945, St. Petersburg FL 33733, United States (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, Inc., Walmart Inc., or Target Corporation.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM EST on September 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 22, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry: the Online Method and the Free Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE).

(A) ONLINE METHOD: EARN ENTRIES THROUGH ACTIONS
During the Promotion Period, an individual may earn entries by completing any of the following actions:

• Purchase-Based Entries:

  • +1 Entry: For each individual bottle of a Natural Cure Labs product purchased from NaturalCureLabs.com, or from our official brand stores on Amazon.com, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, or Target.com.
  • +3 Entries: For each product bundle purchased from NaturalCureLabs.com.
  • +3 Entries: For initiating a new subscription for a recurring order on NaturalCureLabs.com.

• Social Media Engagement Entries:

  • +1 Entry: Follow Sponsor’s official account AND comment on a Sweepstakes-related post on Instagram (@naturalcurelabs), Facebook (@naturalcurelabs), or TikTok (@naturalcurelabs). Limit one (1) entry per platform.
  • +5 Entries: Post a unique video to your public TikTok account that includes the hashtag #naturalcurelabs10year.
  • +1 Entry: Comment on or repost one of our Sweepstakes-related posts on LinkedIn.

• Review-Based Entries:

  • +1 Entry: For leaving a verified review on a product page on NaturalCureLabs.com, Amazon.com, or another official retailer.
  • +3 Entries: For posting a video review on a product page on NaturalCureLabs.com or Amazon.com.

• Referrals & Surveys:

  • +3 Entries: For each new customer who makes a qualifying purchase using your unique referral link.
  • +2 Entries: For completing the 10-Year Anniversary Survey, accessible at survey form link`.

• Bonus Multiplier Entries:

  • +5 Bonus Entries: Awarded once to any entrant who successfully completes at least three (3) different qualifying actions from the lists above.
  • +10 Bonus Entries: Awarded once to any entrant who successfully completes at least six (6) different qualifying actions from the lists above.

(B) FREE MAIL-IN ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase or completing online actions, hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and a valid email address on a 3" x 5" postcard and mail it in a sealed, stamped envelope to: P.O. Box 13945, St. Petersburg FL 33733, United States.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the final day of the Promotion Period and received by September 22, 2025. Each entry must be mailed separately.

5. ENTRY VERIFICATION AND LIMITATIONS
All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of any action taken to earn entries. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are void. Any purchases that are subsequently returned or cancelled will void the associated entries. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can receive, provided they are earned in compliance with these Official Rules.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $300.00 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about September 30, three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated agent, and the selection will be made using a certified random number generator (e.g., Random.org) to ensure impartiality.

The potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. The potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. WINNER REQUIREMENTS
The potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (where legally permissible) within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, Inc., Walmart Inc., and Target Corporation, from any and all liability, for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Natural Cure Labs’ privacy policy.

14. WINNER’S LIST
The names of the winners will be posted on our website at winner for approximately one month after the winner has been verified. After this period, the winner’s name can be obtained by sending an email to info@naturalcurelabs.com with the subject line “10-Year Anniversary Sweepstakes Winner”.
