Why Damon started NCL
In 2015, our founder Damon set out to change how the natural health industry works. He had spent years navigating conventional, impersonal, medicine-dependent healthcare and watched too many people get let down by it.
So he left a traditional career to build something better: a company that pairs natural, science-based formulas with clear, honest education, and treats your health as something genuinely personal.
Ten years later, that founder-led mission still guides every formula we make and every word we publish.

Damon Sununtnasuk is a triple-certified lifestyle medicine and wellness coach, and the CEO of NCL. He brings an internationally recognized career spanning health, technology, and entrepreneurial leadership and a deeply personal belief that good wellness should feel human, not clinical.
