Refund policy

We think you'll love our supplements, so we offer a risk-free 60-day return policy for all domestic orders, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. 

To request a return, you'll need the email receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@naturalcurelabs.com. If your return is accepted, we will ask that you send the product back using original packaging. In some cases, we can provide a return shipping label which will be deducted from the refund amount. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure items are successfully returned, at their cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a return processing fee of $3.00 per item which may be applied by the receiving warehouse to cover inspection and restocking. The inspection window for returns of new and unopened items can be up to 21 days to inspect the product and then process the return. The inspection window entirely depends on the receiving warehouse, which may seasonally vary and is out of our control - thanks for your patience. 

Returns cannot be accepted for international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for safety reasons, like opened product meant for consumption. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any shipping or restocking costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
